Creating a hostanote

Welcome. Thanks to your sponsor you can now share your photos online and enjoy a full hostanote membership, all for free.

As a hostanote member you can create an unlimited number of online albums with styles and layouts you won't find anywhere else. You can see how many times your album is being viewed, or restrict access to your albums by using the optional privacy key, and much more.

Put as many pictures as you like into each album, add optional titles and descriptions for the album or for each picture.

Building a hostanote album is done in a few simple steps:

Step 1 - Click the "Get Started" button:

The "Get Started" button is located on the hostanote home page ( http://www.hostanote.com/ ), or on your Sponsors Get Started page.

Step 2 - Insert your pictures:

Your album may contain as many pictures as you would like. You can add a title and description for both the overall album, and for each individual photo.

Step 2 - Input Your Content

Step 3 - Select a Style:

Choose from the many styles to display your photos. Remember you will be able to come back anytime and change the style as often as you would like.

Step 4 - Register as a Member:

The only information required to become a member is your email address and a password you create. The hostanote service will will automatically create an account for you (remember - this is all free thanks to your sponsor).

As a Member you will be able to manage the albums you have created.

Your privacy is important to us, so you can rest assured we will not sell or rent your name to any other company without your permission. Details can be reviewed in our privacy policy.

Step 5 - Make Your Album Private (optional):

You can choose to set a Privacy Key (like a password) so your album will only be able to be seen by those you share the Key with, and is not viewable by the public.

Click Publish to put your photos online. A confirmation screen will provide links for viewing, editing, and forwarding your hostanote albums. In addition a confirming email will be sent to you.

That's it. You're done.

At this point you are a hostanote member with at least one published album.

Managing your hostanotes

You can return to hostanote.com as often as you want.

This will bring you to your Member site.

There you will be able to:

	View the status of each hostanote (Online/Offline).
ID	View all the hostanotes you have created.
	Edit - Make as many changes, as often as you would like. (Remember - editing your album takes it offline. Click the Publish button to put it back online and share it again.)
	Preview - Click to view your hostanote. If desired you can also select a different style for presenting your photos here.
	Add, Change or Remove your privacy key (remember, only those with whom you have shared your Privacy Key can see your album).
	Delete - Remove your album and its content from the server.
Title	View the titles of each hostanote.
Published	View the date each hostanote was Published.
Updated	View the date each hostanote was Updated.
Last Viewed	View the date each hostanote was Last Viewed.
Views	See the number of times each hostanote has been viewed.
